Meet Abby

Abby is a Fort Dodge native with a mission to provide a space where our community can experience exceptional food, creative coffee and amazing curated goods.

Stella’s has been providing this experience to our beloved community since 2020, when we first started our journey in our 1968 Vintage Camper.

After experiencing an out pour of support from our community, Stella’s moved to our first brick and mortar location in January of 2023.

2019

Abby purchased a camper from facebook marketplace. Renovated the camper and started "The Crafty Cocktail Camper" focusing on private events such as weddings, where she was a mobile bar serving the State of Iowa.

2020

Covid happened and a shift was required. With an already present love for coffee, Abby dove deeper into the world of coffee and found her passion. She then did events such as pop up at local flower farms (Rose Farm) and around our local community.

2021

While still focused on private events such as weddings, the passion for coffee was taking over and Abby took a leap of faith and fully immersed herself into her love for coffee.
